We are a Health and Human services agency whose aim is to assist those recently diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and who are preparing for dialysis or already on dialysis. We provide education and tips that allow ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) patients to continue working, driving, walking, swimming, traveling or whatever they desire.

As a patient in the dialysis center, you have rights and responsibilities. It is imperative that you be informed of your rights and rules regarding conduct and behavior as well as how staff members are supposed to conduct themselves.
